How to Start a VRTUZ Live meeting?

To start a meeting the user need to LOGIN first if already registered, otherwise Join Us first and then login to your account. After logging in you will reach your dashboard as shown below.

In the dashboard among other buttons there is a big START button.

The user need to click on this START button the initiate a meeting of their own.


The meeting room will take a few seconds to load depending on the network bandwidth of the initiator/moderator of the meeting.


Other users/students will now be able to join your meeting room.

Things to do at the start of the meeting.

While inside the meeting room, the first thing that pops up will be to complete the AUDIO connection.

Click microphone option if you want to do both speaking and listening.

But click on the headphones option, if you want to just do listening.

If you select listening option only then the user icon in the user list will appear with a small green headphones.

If you are connecting for the first time from a particular machine/browser, then clicking on microphone will option will prompt you to give microphone permission for this website.

You can tick remember this decision and click allow, so that you do not have to give this permission every time you join a VRTUZ Live meeting. 

Clicking on microphone will take you to a quick echo test pop-up.

The window is as shown below.

Just say a few quick words like, hello-hello, check-check, and you will hear your voice back.

If you are satisfied to hear your voice, click on the thumbs up (green button), and if not satisfied then click on the thumbs down (red button) and try again the echo test.

If you are unable to see this thumbs up and thumbs down pop-up, then it means that your network connection is not at the required levels or is of low bandwidth or is not stable.

To rectify this error check that you meet the basic requirements first here, and go through the procedures mentioned in our article here.

After completing the test with a yes, all the users will first join in a default muted state and the user name will appear in the user list with a red microphone associated with its user icon as shown below.

The user will have to unmute first for others to hear. 

The user icon will change to a green microphone after unmuting.

How to Invite participants to your meeting?

To invite participants to your VRTUZ Live meeting, all you need to do is copy the Invitation link of your meeting room on your dashboard, and paste it in a WhatsApp chat, or email, or an SMS, or any other medium of your choice.

How do participants join a VRTUZ Live meeting using an invite link?

The users may receive an invitation link through various medias, but a link received via WhatsApp will look like the image below.
